Catching up (Thana and Shawn)

Thana had sent a letter to her friend, Shawn. She wanted to get away from everyone at her house. They all treated her like she was sick or incapable. It had bugged her for days. She wanted to go and hang with someone that wouldn't treat her like that.

She sat down at a park, she had made a picnic for her and Shawn to enjoy. It was a nice day out, and she wanted to make the most of it. She pulled out the small rug and sat waiting for her friend. There wasn't anyone else here, so she knew that they wouldn't be disturbed. Something that she wanted, she wanted to be able to enjoy hanging with someone like her.
