The Student's Handbook
which covers almost everything you need to know about being a student at any of the two magical schools at HAF

Congratulations, you! Yes you, a student at one of our two magical schools at HAF! Now that you're either enrolled at Hogwarts or Salem - or are at least thinking about it- we figure there are a few things you need to know about being a student at HAF.

  • Its loads of fun
  • You can enroll in any year you like - we aren't going to make you start from scratch (first year) if you don't want to
  • We would however, love you lots if you made a student where we need one (currently in lower years and not in 5th or 6th year)
  • As a student, you have access to all areas within your school - even the forbidden ones provided you don't get sought. Wink

And then there is the issue of classes. Because that's what students do, they go to class right? So you have to as well. In order to graduate to next year, you must complete at least THREE classes. Ideally this should be three classes of the same Lesson throughout the school year but three individual classes will also suffice.

You also have the option to skip a school year provided you demonstrate your dedication to learning by 1) Attending every single class offered in a year and 2) winning the Student of the Year award for your House in the same year.

So, what are the prospects of a student at HAF? Well, you get a magical education. Razz You also have the opportunity to apply for positions such as prefects (elected by staff only), Quidditch captains and so on. You are also given the freedom to form and head your own club provided you first obtain your school Head's permission.

You also get to go to wicked parties but you, of course, did not hear this from us. Wink

Basically, being a student is the most fun part about being on HAF and if you aren't enrolled as one already, we hope you will be very soon. If you have any further inquires about being a student here, feel free to PM us and we will get back to you in a tick!

NOTE: Due to an unbalanced amount of upper and lower class students at both Hogwarts and Salem, HAF will only be accepting students from 1st years to 4th years for the near future.

Sincerely
HAF Admins
