Personality: Charlie was born a male but identifies as female. She is out going and loves to talk to everyone. She's protective over people she loves and loyal to anyone that will accept her. She dresses as a girl, carries herself as such, and speaks in higher tones.
Background: Born Charles Raymond Emigh Charlie was what most considered a "confused" child. She was never confused of her true identity rather those around her we're confused by the body she had been so wrongly places in. Her family accepted this, however where she lived did not. For this reason she had to make the difficult decision to leave her family and seek refuge with her uncle.
This old man was particularly peculiar. He enjoyed a large collection of creepy crawlies and often scared poor Charlie. One day the man woke to find all his creepies had been killed in their sleep. At this time he had no idea what the little girl he housed was capable of.
This little one housed a magic that none in her family had ever known. When a little gray owl appeared at the door with a letter just for her she knew her life would once again be changed drastically.

They were however supportive of her enlightenment, as she is sure they would be of magic.
